We exist to guide men back to who they've always been.
We don't believe men need to recreate themselves. Our role is to help you remember, to strip away what's not truly you, and to step fully into your authentic power.

We exist to guide men back to who they've always been.
We don't believe men need to recreate themselves. Our role is to help you remember, to strip away what's not truly you, and to step fully into your authentic power.
The Collective was born from a single message.
A cry for help from a man who had everything the world said should make him happy, yet felt completely lost. He was successful, responsible, doing all the right things, but something was missing. He knew there had to be more.
That message landed in the inbox of four friends who had been meeting weekly, talking about life, spirituality, and the journey of becoming the men they were meant to be. They had all walked through their own valleys of disconnection and emerged with something precious: hope. Not the fragile hope of wishful thinking, but the grounded hope that comes from experiencing transformation firsthand.
What started as a desire to help one man quickly revealed a much larger truth: most men are living without hope, trapped in patterns that no longer serve them, isolated in their struggles, forgetting who they really are beneath the roles and responsibilities.

We restore hope to men through authentic connection, deep brotherhood, and transformational experiences that awaken what's already alive within them.

We restore hope to men through authentic connection, deep brotherhood, and transformational experiences that awaken what's already alive within them.

Meet The Collective

Miles
As a former dentist turned men’s coach Miles has chosen to live a life of alignment and has recently relocated with his wife and son from New Jersey to Sedona. Having run a successful dental practice for seven years he knows the effort it takes to operate a highly productive business. Yet he also understands the propensity to feel trapped by your success, be caught in the rat race, and feel like there is no way out. He knows how it feels to have pursued a career and yet in that pursuit to lose your essence and purpose. His mission is to help men find sustainability in their careers while rediscovering their purpose, feel fully alive, step into their most authentic expression, reclaim their truth, realize their power, and to have the courage to chase their calling. Helping men decondition all they were taught to be and remember who they born to be is greatest honor Miles can hold. In addition to being a founding father of the Collective, Miles also is a certified Shamangelic Breathwork facilitator, a visionary guide to his private clients, and co-facilitates couples work with his wife in helping couples craft a legacy love. He is a proud father to Stellan (3) and is deeply passionate about the responsibility a father has the privilege to hold.

Steve
Stephen Mizesko is a devoted husband of 16 years and father of three. With a background as a school teacher, pastor, coach, and now project manager, he brings a grounded, encouraging presence to the men he serves. You can probably find Stephen working out, grilling, surfing, coaching his kids’ teams, or enjoying a glass of raw milk. Each chapter of Stephen’s career has shaped his mission. As a teacher, he helps men understand key transformational truths. As a pastor, he guides them from head knowledge into soul experience. As a coach, he draws out their gifts and helps them see where they fit. And as a project manager, he brings the structure and strategy needed to move from the unconscious first half of life into a consciously created second. Stephen’s guidance is rooted in his own midlife reckoning—when everything he thought he was supposed to be stopped working. It was brotherhood and a true willingness to change that transformed his life. Now, he walks with other men ready to do the same. He believes a man’s relationship with God is foundational—and that God is far bigger than the boxes we try to contain Him in. Stephen is an advocate for true brotherhood and courageous living, and he’s committed to helping men become who they were created to be.

Mitch
Dr. Mitchell Martin is a man, a father, and a husband who lives in Rincon, Boriken (Puerto Rico) with his wife Gesyhla Feliciano Negron and Gia-Del Mar Martin. Mitchell was born in Nashville,Tennessee where he was in private practice as a chiropractor with his wife. Mitchell practiced in Nashville for four years and it was here that he experienced a rock bottom in his life that altered his orientation to the world. Mitchell had spent a life of over 15 years in addiction to pornography, alcohol, and gambling - it was here where he allowed himself to see his life for what it was and feel everything that he had been avoiding. He then started to take responsibility for his pain and this is where he discovered his true gifts and purpose in life. Mitchell has a keen love for life and is a community advocate for nature. He is a compass and a natural leader-who takes pride in teaching others to conquer their fears and live a life without denial. It's Mitchell's purpose in life to reveal timeless truths, that in their essence, return men back to their innate potentials and in connection with Nature and God. He has an enjoyment for music, film, food, skateboarding, reading, and writing. For the past 2 years Mitchell has been privately utilizing his experience, knowledge, and wisdom to guide men to take responsibility of their lives and process the pain that they have been avoiding. It's his vision that men must connect back to their Kingdom of Heaven within in order to experience real peace and prosperity in the world.

Stories from The Path
Pete's Story
Mark's Story
Daniel's Story
"The Path has legitimately changed the trajectory of my life, and I have not even completed the full 6 month container. It’s honestly difficult to put into words and describe to someone how powerful this work can be. One thing that I can tell you is that whatever you think it might be, I can almost guarantee you that’s it’s even better! For me, this brotherhood is for life, and in my opinion it’s what the majority of men are missing. Just know that wherever you are in life, there is a place for you on The Path."
Pete Zaccheria
"Over the last four months on The Path, I have experienced more personal and spiritual growth than during the last 5-10 years combined. I’ve learned to take radical responsibility and to be honest with myself and my wife about my past and my addictions. Leaning into the inner work and dealing with my past failures and fears has been a game changer. The investment is worth it."
Matt Roberts
"I have gained insight to who I truly am and, who I truly want to become. I have unlearned limiting beliefs that have been holding me back. And disrupted patterns in my life that have lead me to the same results time and time again. This is an ongoing journey and just the beginning of my journey. You get out what you put in. So don’t waste time and give it your all. Welcome to The Path."
Blake Vallee
"My husband has become more conscious of his choices and where he invests his energy. He is purposeful in his actions and decisions. His is learning to trust his intuition and the potent power that lies within him. Our lives are not the same as they were before my husband embarked on this journey with The Collective. We are so much bettter for it, and I truly can't wait to see where this path continues to take us! Thank you Michell, Miles, Colin & Steve!
Gabbi Zaccheria
"I came to this program looking for experts, gurus, men who had every answer, and instead found men humbly acknowledging that they are still on the journey. This was more powerful than anything I could have imagined. Unconditional love, commitment, honesty and brotherly challenge is what waits for you within this container. These men are not mentors. They’re brothers who will stand in your corner, pick you up when you’re down, and commit themselves to your highest potential - you just have to commit alongside them."
Christian Spenner
"Bearing witness to the chosen step of transformation and initiation taken by my husband has brought immense levels of trust and safety. Energetically he is guarding and stewarding this inner work, and not immediately relaying it all to me, in word has revealed a polarity and trust I only dreamt of in marriage."
Kaytlyn Spenner
"We have been involved in lots of small groups with churches, very deep friendships, etc. and while they all have been vulnerable, the level of vulnerability and honesty Matt is getting from this small coaching group is beyond anything I’ve ever heard of, especially for a men’s group. I am so grateful that he has men in his life that are not only so vulnerable and honest, but also have walked through these dark places themselves and are taking radical responsibility and self ownership."
